FOR BOYS AND GIRLS GRADES 5-8: Our experienced coaches will work on the fundamentals in this 3 day camp. Your basketball player will work on post and guard play, ball handling skills, rebounding, passing, shooting and defensive positioning. There will be small sided scrimmages each day.
Our clubs offer basketball programs starting at age 4. Get your child involved in the fun of learning the sport or signed up for our basketball leagues or instructional programs.
Our volleyball experts will lead each age group in drills and game situations.Your player will work on developing and sharpening their skills while getting ready for the next level.
East Hills, Orchard Hills and The MAC offer a variety of sports and camps for children of all ages and abilities. We believe that it is important to keep kids physically active from a young age and encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle.
You can never start too early! Our family of clubs offers many options encouraging kids to live healthy, active lifestyles.We have amazing fitness programs for kids.
What is YouthFit?
YouthFit is a Physical Education Program for Home School children . YouthFit kids participate in a variety of sports and physical activities utilizing the outstanding East Hill Athletic facilities. In 2003, YouthFit was started with just 40 participants. Since then, hundreds of kids have taken part in YouthFit!
Why is it Important?
YouthFit promotes lifelong wellness! A fitness component of each class helps develop a habit of exercise. Participants learn a variety of sports in which they can continue to enjoy the rest of their lives. YouthFit helps develop good social skills. Participants learn team work.
They learn to address both their own strengths and challenges as well as others in a positive way.
